If you use the early-access form, you may provide your name, email address, company, role and any message you choose to send. The form does not ask for card details, bank credentials or other payment credentials.
2. Why we use it
We use information submitted through the site to understand interest in TapEP, respond to relevant enquiries, speak with potential merchants or partners, and improve the pre-launch product direction.
3. How the information is stored
Early-access submissions are stored through the website platform's lead-capture system and are not published on the public website. Access should be limited to people working on the TapEP project who need the information for the purposes described above.
4. Sharing
We do not intend to sell information submitted through the early-access form. Information may be handled by service providers that support the website and its infrastructure where necessary to operate the site, subject to the relevant service arrangements.
5. Retention
Pre-launch enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it remains useful for the purpose for which it was submitted, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Retention arrangements will be formalised further before commercial launch.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain uses of your personal information. TapEP will provide a dedicated privacy contact before commercial launch. Until then, privacy requests can be made through the same TapEP contact channel through which you were directed to this website.
7. Security
TapEP aims to use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards for pre-launch information. No website or storage system can be described as risk-free, so controls will continue to be reviewed as the project develops.
8. Payment information
This website is informational and pre-launch. It does not ask visitors to submit card details or bank login credentials, and it does not provide a live payment service.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as TapEP's product, company structure, service providers and legal obligations develop. The date at the top of this page will show when it was last revised.
